Welcome to CoreTakes, a platform operated by Currahee Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, available at www.coretakes.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using CoreTakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use CoreTakes, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. There are no age restrictions for using our platform, but users under applicable legal age should seek parental consent.
2. Services Provided
CoreTakes provides AI-generated summaries and key insights based on public audio content such as podcasts and YouTube videos. We do not host or distribute original podcast/audio files.
Our content includes:
AI-generated summaries
Transcripts derived from third-party content
Topic-based Spaces curated by users
All content is for informational purposes only and may not be fully accurate or complete.
3. User Contributions
Users can create and manage "Spaces" (thematic content groups), but cannot post comments or other public contributions.
4. Free and Paid Plans
We offer a free tier with limited features. Premium features are available via a monthly subscription. Payment is handled securely through Stripe. All paid plans include a one-week free trial. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel within the one-week free trial period, you will not be charged. Beyond the trial, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
6. Intellectual Property
All summaries, software, visuals, and underlying technology are owned by Currahee Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
7. Privacy
We collect only essential personal data such as email addresses to operate the Service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality insights, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any summarized content. CoreTakes is not responsible for any decisions made based on its output.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
